GARMENT TREATMENT UPON DELIVERY:

When trying on items please make sure that you are not wearing perfume, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Also please keep away from cigarette smoke or any other kind of smoke.

Conditions of return:

> The item(s) must be returned with all original tags and packaging. 

> The item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not display any signs of use.

> Items with any signs of wear will be returned to the client, with no refund.

> In case of return, we recommend folding back the item, immediately after trying it on, straight into the original package and seal it to prevent any exposure to potential damage. 

NOTE: All our packaging allows for reuse - simply return the item to the bag, wrap it back in the tissue and put into the black post bag, it has a second seal tape for new use.

> We will send an email once we receive your parcel with the item(s) in their original condition. Once confirmed we will issue you with a refund, using your original payment method.

> Any item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving a return/exchange/refund confirmation email from us to be eligible for a refund. If received after 14 days (up to 28days) a credit note will be issued or an exchange will be available. In case of delayed delivery by post, we will of course offer you extra time for management of any issues if they arise.

> If the item(s) is faulty or does not match description or image on the website, we will happily offer a full refund once your claim has been approved.

> Return shipping fee is the buyer’s responsibility. Kindly note, UMMOK does not take responsibility for item(s) until received by us, if you would prefer being safe, add a signature on delivery when posting back.
